Christmas is almost here!

So Nick and I went out and got most of our shopping done last Thursday. We had so much fun spending the day together, it was just what I needed. We finished almost all of your shopping, I think we only have a couple people left! Well while we were out shopping I had a funny little incident...Keep in mind that baby had been kicking me ALL morning almost non stop...
We had just walked into target and started shopping around when all of the sudden I felt some wetness in my pants, I hadn't needed to pee, so I got a little concerned. I stopped walking and turned to Nick..." I think I need to get to the bathroom, I'm leaking something" I was trying not to worry, it was prob just sweat from all the walking, or that oh so lovely pregnancy symptom of discharge, but in the back of my head I was thinking...omg what if my water is breaking! We walked briskly over to the bathrooms and I went inside to inspect what was going on. Well I determined what happened... Baby had just kicked me rather hard right in my bladder, and I had my first pregnancy induced incontinence accident. There was no more leakage the rest of the day so my water breaking thought quickly went away, and the embarrassment quickly set in. I peed my pants! Thankfully I am able to laugh at myself, it's not like there is anything I can do to change it...so why not laugh about it right!
We are headed to bloomington this weekend for Christmas with my family. We will be there for Christmas eve, Christmas day and then possibly the day after for lots of family, food and fun, and I can't wait! I LOVE family gatherings, and eating all my moms wonderful Christmas goodies. Then the next week is when Nick's sister is coming home so we will do Christmas with them that weekend. I'm really looking forward to that also because I love watching my niece and nephews open all their gifts! Well I think that's about it for now. I will try to post bump pics this week, and I'm sure I will have some great Christmas pictures in a few weeks!
