40 weeks!!! I can't believe I've been pregnant for 10 months...

Well tomorrow is my due date, and I can't believe that I have made it. NO ONE thought I would make it to my due date, including myself. It's been a pretty smooth ride so far, a few bumps in the road here and there, but I can't complain to much about the pregnancy as a whole. I CAN complain about the last few weeks though, I am soooooo tired of being pregnant, it is soo hard on my body, my feet hurt all the time, even though I'm not even on them most of the time, my stomach feels like it is stretched to it's max, and every time the baby has a big movement or pushes out a lot it makes me cringe. My swelling has been down since I've been on bed rest, which is a good thing, but today my legs and feet are pretty swollen again, and while walking to my car to go get my hair done I tripped because my stupid feet are to swollen to fit in my shoes right. I ended up falling and landing on my hands and knees (best case scenario for the baby because I didn't hit my belly or my butt at all) so I got some nice scrapes on both knees and will probably have a good bruise. One exciting thing that happened today is that I am pretty sure I lost my mucus plug which can mean that I am dilating more, and may be getting closer to labor! My next Dr. appointment is on thursday, and I will be 1 day overdue, once you are overdue they make you do a non stress test every time you are there, and you have to go 2x a week. I'm really hoping he decides to show up in the next few days because our friends are all going on vacation, and my dad has to fly my grandparents down to florida on the the 14th, and I don't want them all to miss the baby. I'm planning on spending the day with my mom and some friends tomorrow for a pamper me girls day to keep me distracted from the fact that it is my due date, and I have no baby yet. I think we are going to get pedicures ( which some people say can help put you into labor) which will be soooo relaxing, and very much needed with these swollen sausages I'm calling my legs and feet right now.  Well I think thats it for now, I'm sure I will have more to update on thursday after my appointment.
